About us

Creative One Studio is operated by Mark Howell Pty Ltd. The company acquired Rhythm Express Music in 2000 - offering very specific music production and distribution services to the fitness industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. After 3-4 years of operation, production which was previously outsourced, was brought in-house to streamline our production processes. This required the acquisition of new skills, equipment and additional staff, giving us the capability to undertake media production for print, web, audio, video and mobile devices.

The company is located in Hobart’s CBD and has developed Creative One Studio to use media technologies to create new products and services for other organisations.

Insight 4 provides innovative, effective and leading software technologies and consultancy to medium and large organisations within Australia and world-wide. We have utilised their expertise on numerous occasions since January 2006 and we continue to collaborate on many projects together.

Creative Director, Mark Howell, studied Technology at University of Tasmania (1997). The Education Degree concentrated on design principles using a large range of different media. Mark's focus was on using evolving media (at the time) such as the internet, interactive multimedia, and video production for educational purposes. Following University, Mark worked at the Tasmanian Open Learning Service (TOLS) assisting staff with production and the delivery of content for distance education students. Projects included the production of CD-ROMs, web sites, e-learning projects, interactive videos and audiovisual training programs.

We are now building a team of creative professionals, such as graphic designers, audio / video technicians, web site designers and software developers, to enable Creative One Studio develop and expand its media production capabilities.
